Our team have collaborated with a number of Architects in Sussex, Hampshire & Surrey to support development of multi-million pound properties, including waterfront sites with flood risk and drainage complexities, like this property in Birdham.

Harbourstone has provided services from feasibility to construction issue for residential developments of a variety of sizes, like this site in Earnley.

Our team have also previously led technical civils design for large scale residential development (300+ properties).

We recently contributed to the planning submission for the proposed redevelopment of the former House of Fraser in Chichester into a mixed commercial and residential site with significant drainage improvement, following a multi-year engagement process.

Harbourstone have provided consultancy services to support long-term coastal & environmental protection. Our experience with both civil and coastal engineering has allowed comprehensive input, including for this section of dunes protecting properties in West Wittering.

Our team has developed productive relationships with specialist designers to support delivery of new sports facilities across the UK, particularly in response to the compulsory re-siting of sites within the HS2 pathway.
